Ultrahigh strength ductile microalloyed steel with a very low yield ratio developed by quenching and partitioning heat treatment
In this study, a microalloyed low carbon steel was subjected to quenching and partitioning (Q&P) heat treatment processes. The primary ferrite-pearlite microstructure of the steel was transformed into a bainitic microstructure containing interlath and sporadic blocks of retained austenite. The applied heat treatment process partitioned the carbon into the retained austenite to a weight percentage of 0.136. The microalloyed low-carbon steel acquired a continuous yield with high yield strength, a gigapascal level of ultimate tensile strength (i.e., ~ 1.1 GPa), and a very low yield ratio (i.e., 0.55) while retaining reasonable ductility and toughness when compared to the preheat-treated values.

Prediction of re-oxidation behaviour of ultra-low carbon steel by different slag series
A kinetic model was developed using FactSage Macro Processing to simulate the re-oxidation of ultra-low carbon steel via different oxidising slags. The calculated results show good agreement with experimental laboratory thermal simulation data. Therefore, the model can be used to predict the change behaviour of slag-metal-inclusion in the re-oxidation reaction of liquid steel. It can provide prediction and guidance for an accurate secondary oxidation control process.
Determination of non-metallic inclusions in a continuous casting slab of ultra-low carbon interstitial free steel by applying of metallographic method, electrolytic method and RTO technique
Metallographic, electrolytic method and RTO(room temperature organic) technique were applied in the present study to more accurately determine non-metallic inclusion in a ultra-low carbon interstitial free(IF) steel and further to confirm their origination in a Compact Strip Production Process (CSP Process) continuous casting (CC) slab. Results show that inclusions detected by metallographic method usually appear relative smaller size and are mainly Al2O3 based or TiN based in composition, whereas those extracted by electrolytic method usually have larger size and are much more calcium-silicate based in composition.
Do you know the precautions for industrial gases?
In the process of using industrial gases in our work, we should avoid some unnecessary things, and the following precautions are what Lanzhou gas manufacturers should pay attention to in their work.

A manufacturing method of a high-pressure gas cylinder structure for gas storage
A high-pressure bottle is a bottle made of alloy that can withstand high atmospheric pressure. "Generally, high-pressure bottles are filled with liquid gases, because gases are gaseous at atmospheric pressure, making it difficult to store them in large quantities. Under high pressure, the gas will liquefy, which can collect a large amount of gas. High-pressure bottles are very useful in combustion, including the combustion supporting gas oxygen, as well as gas, which can be used in welding, rockets, and so on.", High pressure containers store and transport gas under daily conditions or are used as tools to compress gas during transportation, providing power for internal combustion engines, fuel cells, and aerospace technologies.
