Do you know the precautions for industrial gases?

In the process of using industrial gases in our work, we should avoid some unnecessary things, and the following precautions are what Lanzhou gas manufacturers should pay attention to in their work.
1. The safety accessories of gas cylinders are intact and complete (including rubber bands, safety helmets, pressure gauges, flame arresters, pressure reducing valves, and fusible plugs), and the rubber hoses are intact without aging or damage. The interface with the gas cylinder should be fixed with clips to prevent slipping.
2. Oxygen and acetylene cannot be stored together (they should be separated or placed separately, with a distance of more than 2 meters). When used, the distance should be more than 5 meters. Gas cylinders should not be placed close to open flames or high temperature areas (with a distance of more than 15 meters). The place should be cool and ventilated, and have anti tipping measures.
3. During the handling process of industrial gas cylinders, it is strictly prohibited to roll on the ground, and hand rotation and translation should be used. When loading, gas cylinders should be aligned in the same direction and firmly tied. Special vehicles for transportation of hazardous chemicals. Mixed loading and transportation of oxygen and acetylene are strictly prohibited.
4. When using gas cylinders in hot work or high temperature weather on the upper part, they should be covered with non combustible objects. In high temperature weather, they should not be exposed to the sun for a long time. After using the gas cylinders, it is necessary to remove the pressure reducing valve, rubber hoses, and other facilities, and wear a safety helmet. Then, they should be placed in accordance with the requirements of Article 2.
5. When using acetylene cylinders, it is strictly prohibited to lay them flat on the ground.
6. Oxygen cylinders are strictly prohibited from contacting grease during storage and use.
7. Before cutting and welding operations, the surrounding inflammables should be cleaned to prevent ignition.
8. The hot work site should be monitored by dedicated personnel, and equipped with corresponding fire extinguishing facilities, such as fire extinguishers, water, etc.
9. Containers, pipelines, and equipment that have stored (or have stored) flammable and explosive hazardous materials cannot be directly used for hot work. Appropriate treatment or other safety measures should be taken, and hot work can only be conducted after confirming safety.
